Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. PROTUNING and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if PROTUNING believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of PROTUNING and its subsidiaries.

Consumer Agreement

PROTUNING will not be held liable for any damage done to your vehicle that may occur while running these programs. Tuning files are a modified high performance product, whilst all care and due diligence has been taken the consumer is to take responsibility for modifying their vehicles. Modifying a car may void your warranty. PROTUNING will not be liable for any loss of warranty or the monetary damages that may occur from the loss of such warranties. The tunes and ecu maps which PROTUNING install are designed to run on perfectly running vehicles with the allowed modifications. When other parts of the vehicle are not running properly, damages may occur and it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to be sure all functions of the vehicle are running properly this can be done by testing and data logging of the operator / installer. The sale of each of these maps is intended to be installed on 1 vehicle. The maps are not to be shared, resold, or distributed in any way. Theses maps are not to be transferred to other vehicles after their use on another vehicle has ended. The use or distribution of any map on multiple vehicles without payment to PROTUNING will be a violation of copyrighted software. All tuning carried out by PROTUNING on any vehicle shall only be used off road or on closed circuits and racing venues. There are no refunds.

Please be aware . All slave ECU remapping hardware once sold and assigned to our company (The master provider) It cannot be released and moved to another vendor once its issued. Nor can it be switched to master hardware. This in the main part is because the help and support we provide is free but its only free because the tools are subscribed to us. The tools are actually also sold at cost price in the initial sale to you the customer or in some cases even undersold thus there cost subsidised by ourselves. We as a business are not here to provide free help and support supplying subsidised tools to then release tools once people are up and running that wouldn't be fair or make financial sense to our business and time and energy we put into our customers so reserve our right to retain all slave tools supplied through us as the master provider.

DISCLAIMER Performance Products and Service

Read carefully before installing any performance product and/or service. This is a high performance product and service. Use at your own risk. Products and Service are for off road use only. Use of any PROTUNING product and/or service on public roads and/or used on any emissions controlled vehicles is prohibited.

LIABILITY on vehicle performance software products

The emails we provide, together with any attachment(s), or advice by our engineers / staff contains information which is private and confidential and is intended for the addressee only. If you are not the intended recipient, please advise the sender as soon as possible and please note that you are not authorized to read, copy or disclose any information contained in this communication. The views expressed in this communication are those of the author and do not necessarily represent the views of PROTUNING its owners or employees. All software is programmed at your own risk, It is your responsibility to ensure the car is in good health and it worthy of a Software upgrade. Without any before and after data logging, PROTUNING can not be held responsible for any damage caused to a vehicle. Buying and Programming software to any vehicle without data logging before and after is not recommended. By downloading the file attached. you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

DISCLAIMER Performance Warranty

By installing this Product and/or Service, the customer understands and agrees that as a High Performance product and/or service, individual results may vary depending on make, model, and usage. PROTUNING shall in no way be held responsible nor liable for any of the results, claimed or otherwise, that may or may not come from the product or service. The customer also understands that the original vehicle manufacturer makes its own determinations regarding the effects of Add-On products and/or service to its warranties, PROTUNING shall in no way be held responsible nor liable for anything pertaining to or resulting from the original vehicle manufacturers warranty and/or terms of use. This Product and/or service may interfere with and should be removed from the vehicle before any diagnostic testing.

PRO TUNING, its distributors or dealers shall in no way be responsible for the products proper use and service.The buyer of this system hereby waives all liability claims.The buyer acknowledges that he is not relying on the sellers skill or judgement to select or furnish goods and/or services suitable for any particular purpose and that there are no liabilities which extend beyond the description on the face hereof, and the buyer hereby waives all remedies or liabilities, expressed or implied arising by law or otherwise, (including without obligations of the seller with respect fitness, merchant-ability and consequential damages) or whether or not occasioned by the seller’s negligence. The seller disclaims any warranty and expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages.The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer of any liability for personal injury is a material term for this agreement and the buyer agrees to indemnify the seller and to hold the seller harmless from any claim related to the item of the equipment or service purchased.Under no circumstances will the seller be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sales of any such equipment and/or service. The seller assumes no liability regarding the improper installation or misapplication of its products and/or services.It is the installer’s responsibility to check for proper installation and if in doubt the manufacturer is to be contacted.

DISCLAIMER Performance Products and Service Warranty

Hardware PRO TUNING Offers a 90 day warranty on any remap / diagnostic hardware adapters devices and computer products sold. NB ECU remap software files is excluded. To claim on this warranty items must be returned to base for inspection before replacement is issued / granted

By installing any of the Products and/or Services, The customer Understands and Agrees that PROTUNING offers no warranty, refunds or returns on any high performance product and/or service, shipping & handling charges and/or processing fees.Customers are responsible for insuring any items shipped to the company.
